  • All medical services require a scheduled appointment with Donna Figueroa, CNM, FMACP, MSN, APRN, including individualized plans like Hormonal Harmony, Gut Reset, and Holistic Health Consultations.

3. Appointments & Payments

  • Initial consultations ($295) are billed during booking and credited toward future packages if you proceed.

  • We accept telehealth and in‑person visits in Tysons (Wednesdays) and Leesburg (Thursdays).
